Free from iron tracks

Tuesday, August 29th, 2006

a silence,
a stillness,
a space,
a distraction
a clearing in the midst of all that calls for attention
Thinking wants to run free from iron tracks

ignoring […]

“Silence,
You are insatiable
I give you a little, you want the lot
You flood me with fears and even my shadows come […]

In your own skin

Tuesday, August 1st, 2006

Living comfortably in your own skin
the confidence to be at home with yourself
where you don’t have to change to be who you’re not
exposed yet unashamed
alone yet not lonely
confidence wrapped in humility
to laugh with the world at yourself
yet to look all the world in the eye and know your true value
is simply to be…

who you […]
